This promo poster was never for sale to the public, and that's why so few of them were ever made. And of the small number of these promo posters that were produced, most of the surviving promo posters have been previously displayed, damaged, or destroyed, further reducing the already low number of this poster in existence. Promo posters are shipped to comic book shop retailers folded, which is normal for promotional posters.

This is a vintage original 1991 "X Marks the Spot" PROMO POSTER BANNER featuring the Uncanny X-Men mutant WOLVERINE! We believe the artwork is by JIM LEE, but we're not 100 percent certain. Logan (Wolverine) is shown here in his yellow and blue costume, with his claws raised high in preparation for battle! This 1990's Wolvie promotional poster was NEVER FOR SALE TO THE PUBLIC, sent ONLY TO COMIC SHOP DEALERS, and made in EXTREMELY small quantities. After all the years that have passed by, most of that tiny quantity of comic dealer posters produced are probably lost, damaged, or even destroyed by now. The bottom of this scarce comic store promo poster says "The X-Men and Marvel Comics on sale here!"This poster measures about 36 inches by 8 inches and it's FOLDED, as it was originally distributed to comic book retailers, which is normal.
